There is an apparently huge demand for low rise and low mass living in the market. every floor is most likely to be sold out to various people, it is important
that the construction scheme is such that there would be full secrecy for each

action. Because there would no battle or any kind of chaos, the very obvious
way is to allow ground floor residents to use the garden but they cannot enjoy
the roof rights in any case. The terrace is consistently allocated among other
floors of the independent floors housing projects.
Apart from the roof rights and garden rights,
water and electricity circulation is another issue where builder has to take an
exhaustive awareness in the very starting of the independent floors project.
While there could be separate independent electricity and water meters for each
floor, since the consent has been established by the government now, there
needs to have the clear subdivision of the water tanks which are used for
storing of the water. The water and electricity is kept distinctly as much as
conceivable. This would mean a little extra investment by the developers in the
pipes and wires such as is the case with the Era Divine Floors Faridabad but
this will evade the future fights among the inhabitants of the floors.
If a floor develops some fault such as the
plumbing leaks due to which the residents of other floors might also hurt,
there needs to be complete clarity on the role and responsibilities of each of
the residents towards meeting the cost and the quality of maintenance and
repair works.
If there is any kind of fault found in the
flat such as the plumbing leaks due to which inhabitants of other deferred
floors might also get into the concern, there needs to be complete clearness on
the roles and chores of each of the residents towards meeting the cost and the
quality of defence and amends works.
